Basic Parameters
The DT5035 rotary electromagnetic coil features a sloped angle structure design. Both the yoke and the rear cover come with built-in installation threads, allowing for simple and convenient customization of installation dimensions. All parts are precision-machined using CNC technology and incorporate an internal 0.08mm micro-adjustment shim, offering high rotation angle accuracy and high torque.
Structure and Working Principle
Ⅰ Structural Composition
The DT5035 Rotating Electromagnet is composed of basic components such as the yoke, front cover, rotating shaft, spool, rotor, positioning block, fixed block, bearing, and spring.
5035 yoke and front cover form the magnetic flux transmission section; 5035 spool, enameled wire, wire, etc., constitute the magnetic field excitation section; and the 5035 rotor and shaft make up the magnetic field operation section.
II Principle of Operation
When power is off, the magnetic field component returns to its initial position under the action of the spring. Upon energizing the magnetic excitation component of the 5035 rotary electromagnetic coil, the magnetized magnetic field transmits two different poles, causing the magnetic action component to rotate at a certain angle.
Operating Frequency
| Operating Frequency = (Power-On Time / (Power-On Time + Power-Off Time)) * 100 | 100 | 50% | 25% | 10% |
| Continuous Power Supply | Interval power-on | |||
| Power-On Time (Seconds) | ∞ | 180 | 15 | 3 |
| Power W (20℃) | 10W | 20W | 40W | 100W |
| Note: With different working voltages and different power factor, the power remains constant, while resistance and current will vary. Please note when selecting to calculate the required current. Calculation formula: Resistance = Voltage x Voltage / Power, Current = Power / Voltage. | ||||
