Structure and Working Principle
Ⅰ Structural Composition
The DWP0510 Tapping Electromagnet is composed of basic components such as coils, yoke, fixed core, spring, armature, and wire.
The 0510 striking electromagnetic yoke and fixed core form the magnetic field transmission section; the 0510 coil, wire, etc., form the magnetic field excitation section; and the magnetic sound action section is composed of the attraction plate and spring piece.
II Working Principle
When powered on, the DWP051 generates a magnetic field through the excitation section. This magnetizes the transmission section, creating a magnetic force on the mating surface, which attracts the mating plate. Under the spring's influence, the mating plate swings into place at the designed angle. Upon power off, the transmission section cannot generate magnetic force, and the mating plate resets under the spring's action.
