Key Features
1. Generally, goods are packed in unit containers like pallets and storage cages and then stored on shelves. Each unit typically weighs under 4000kg, with two units usually placed on each shelf.
2. It is one of the most commonly and widely used shelves, suitable for the majority of warehouses or product goods.
3. Material handling equipment such as forklifts can access any storage location for operations, making storage procedures convenient and quick!
4. Storage operations are carried out with mechanical handling equipment.
5. Unit shelving spans are typically 4m or less, depths are 1.5m or less, low and high bay warehouse racking heights are usually 12m or less, and very high bay warehouse racking heights are generally 30m or less (such warehouses are mostly automated, with total height consisting of several sections of uprights 12m or less in height).
6. Can freely adjust the height of each layer in multiples of 75mm.
Heavy-duty (beam type) racks are generally made of cold-rolled special-shaped steel, with columns formed from 80 (90) x 60 (70) Ω-shaped steel with diamond-shaped holes on the surface, and beams made from 80x50-100x50-120x50-140x50-16050-welded beam connectors, commonly replaced by pallets for forklift convenience. Designed for layer loads from 1 to 5 tons, the surface is electrostatically powder-coated for enhanced waterproof, rustproof, and corrosion resistance, with a high safety factor. The plug-and-play assembly requires no screws or welding, making it extremely easy to assemble, fully utilizing the space area, and providing storage capacity.
