How to Properly Store Magnetic-Free Stainless Steel Weights:
Handle with care; do not place in a damp, dusty environment.
2. Count the weights in the box once before and after use to prevent loss.
When in use, do not pinch with your hands; only use tongs or wear gloves to pick up, and avoid bare-handed contact with the weights. When using the weights, use tools to extract them.
4. Handle weights gently when picking up or placing them, and avoid them getting沾 acid, alkali, or grease during use.
5. Prior to use, remove any dust from the surface of the weights using a soft brush or wiping cloth. Store the stainless steel weights properly, avoiding humid and dusty environments.
6. Count the weights inside the box once before and after use to prevent loss. This set of weights must not be mixed with other weights. After use, clean the weights with alcohol and let them air dry before storing them back in the original packaging box for future use. Avoid dropping or bumping them to prevent injury or scratches. Weights should be periodically checked based on usage frequency, and a record of the check should be kept.
7. Weights should be placed only in the weight box or on the weighing pan. When not in use, they should be returned to the empty slots in the weight box (including the tweezers) and the box lid should be closed at all times to prevent dust from entering.
8. The stainless steel weights and balances are paired for calibration. Additionally, the quality of individual silicon weights within the same weight box must not be interchanged with weights from different weight boxes.
9. First, record the weighing results based on the empty holes of the weight box.
