How to properly store magnet-free stainless steel weights:
Handle with care; do not place in a damp or dusty environment.
Count the weights in the box once before and after use to prevent loss.
3. When in use, do not pinch with your fingers; use tongs or wear gloves to handle. Do not touch the weights with bare hands, and use tools to remove the weights when using them.
4. Handle weights with care, lifting and placing them gently, and avoid them from contacting acidic, alkaline, or oily substances during use.
5. Prior to use, remove any dust from the surface of the weights using a soft brush or wiping cloth. Store the stainless steel weights properly, avoiding moist and dusty environments.
6. Count the weights inside the box once before and after use to prevent loss. Do not mix this set of weights with others. After use, clean the weights with alcohol and let them air dry before storing them back in the original packaging box for future use. Avoid dropping or碰撞 to prevent injury or scratching. Regularly calibrate the weights according to frequency of use and maintain a calibration record.
7. Weights should not be placed anywhere other than inside the weight box or on the weighing pan. When not in use, they should be returned to their designated holes in the weight box (including the forceps) and the lid should be closed at all times to prevent dust from falling in.
8. The stainless steel weights and balances are matched for calibration. Additionally, the quality of each silicon weight within the same weight box cannot be interchanged with weights from different weight boxes.
9. First, record the weighing results based on the empty holes in the weight box.
