How to Properly Store Magnetic-Free Stainless Steel Weights:
Keep in a dry, dust-free environment and handle with care.
Count the weights in the box once before and after use to prevent loss.
3. When in use, do not handle with bare hands; use tongs or wear gloves to pick up. Do not touch the weights with bare hands. Use tools to remove the weights during use.
4. Handle weights gently when placing or removing them, and avoid acids, alkalis, and greases during use.
5. Before use, remove dust from the surface of the weights with a soft-bristled brush or a wiping cloth. Store stainless steel weights properly, avoiding damp and dusty environments.
6. Count the weights in the box once before and after use to prevent loss. This set of weights must not be mixed with other weights. After use, clean the weights with alcohol and let them air dry before storing them back in the original packaging box for future use. Avoid collision or dropping to prevent injury or scratching. Weights should be calibrated regularly based on frequency of use, and calibration records should be kept.
7. Weights should be placed only in the weight box or on the weighing pan. When not in use, they should be returned to their designated slots in the weight box, including the tweezers, and the box lid should be closed at all times to prevent dust from settling inside.
8. The stainless steel weights and balances are paired for calibration. Additionally, the quality of individual silicon weights within the same weight box should not be interchanged with weights from different weight boxes.
9. First, record the weighing results according to the empty holes of the weight box.
