Bridge cranes are lifting equipment suspended over workshops, warehouses, and material yards for material handling. Due to their ends resting on tall concrete columns or metal supports, they resemble bridges. The bridge of the crane moves longitudinally along tracks laid on high supports on both sides, allowing for full utilization of the space beneath the bridge for lifting materials without obstruction from ground equipment.
