Purchasing Instructions
1. Fish fries are mainly sold in bulk; prices generally do not include shipping fees. Welcome to call for inquiries!
2. Please inspect the goods and unpack within 2 hours of pick-up. Observe the specifications and survival rates directly through the transparent oxygen bags (gently tap the bag to see if the fish are active). In case of significant loss, please take photos and contact us immediately; we will provide a satisfactory resolution.
3. The company will only compensate for fish seed losses exceeding 10% during normal transportation (excluding losses caused by force majeure such as weather delays, flight cancellations, or traffic disruptions), and if the loss is within 10%, the company reserves the right not to issue replacements. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of replenishing seeds. Losses caused by the buyer's improper handling during the maintenance process (such as excessively high water temperature, large temperature differences, insufficient oxygen, misuse, etc.) are not covered by the compensation, please understand!
