Cosmetic Glass Bottle Production & Processing Products - Customers will have gold or silver foil stamping applied to the product's brand or logo. Mainly in gold and silver colors, other colored foil stamping products can also be produced, but due to material limitations, color matching is not available. Font patterns have incomplete, missing, and broken areas.
Glass surface is unclean, with watermarks, oil stains, fingerprints, dust particles, and other dirt. The mesh bottom is stuck with dust or debris. The mesh is uneven, causing the scraper to be oil-free. After hot stamping on cosmetic glass bottles, the hot stamped surface of the bottle appears with streaks, which are irregularly distributed and mostly in a crack-like pattern; add 5% defoamer to the screen printing ink, and then proceed with screen printing after the ink has fully reacted; after hot stamping, leave the product for 24 hours to allow the gas in the ink to naturally evaporate before baking.
Due to the ink, the printed effect has a distinct raised texture. Regular bottles (cylindrical) can be printed in one go, while irregular ones incur a separate cost per block. The color is also a one-time fee, and there are two types: self-drying ink and UV ink. Self-drying ink is prone to peeling off over time and can be wiped off with alcohol. Cosmetics packaging bottles with UV ink have a noticeable raised texture that is difficult to remove.
