I. Construction Operation Process
1. Sealing construction joints and settlement cracks to prevent water leakage (backwater pressure backflow prevention method): A combination of two methods, joint sealing and grouting, is used. First, remove loose debris from the original leaking joints, clean and flush them thoroughly, then use rapid-setting water-stop materials for pipe extraction, burial, and water flow reduction operations. Do not fill the grooves completely at once to allow space for joint sealing. bury a bamboo joint (grouting nozzle) at certain intervals. After the stop-set material reaches a certain strength, reverse-pressure injection with rapid-setting cement can be done through the bamboo joints. 2. Clean the leaking area and chisel the leaky seam into a U-shaped opening of 3.5x4.5 inches.
3. Leakproof seam, pre-buried bamboo joints, clean the leaky seam, fill with sealing material, install drainage pipes and bamboo joints (grout nozzle).
4. Reduce water flow by diverting and compressing, control leak points, change from large to small water flow, allowing the small water flow to exit through the installed diversion tubes.
5. Ingredients: Mix several chemical high polymer reagents into two batches of slurry. Determine the curing time of the ingredients based on the size of the leakage.

II. Material Introduction
The product has an appearance of a pale yellow to amber clear liquid, and it is composed ofA two-component high-pressure sealing material composed of 5 types of chemical high polymer additives, a fast-acting, high-efficiency polymer elastic material that can both seal leaks and reinforce. Suitable for waterproofing and leakage prevention treatment in construction joints, deformed cracks, and concrete honeycombs in water conservancy, power, tunnels, subways, civil defense, mines, basements, and various other applications. This material can be mixed in any proportion to create materials with different strengths, different permeation depths, different curing times, and different expansion ratios. After grouting, as long as the deformation in the joint does not exceed 1-2 cm, leakage is impossible.

3. In hydrated structures, the slurry is not washed away, and during its reaction process, due to gas diffusion, the effective consolidation area rapidly increases, resulting in a much larger solidified mass than that of other types of chemical slurries.
4. Adaptable to various engineering requirements, the adjustable viscosity of the grouting fluid allows for quick penetration into fine cracks in concrete structures like basements, forming a strong, impermeable, and high-strength solidification.
5. The solidification rate of the slurry can be adjusted according to construction requirements.

V. Construction Operation Techniques and Key Points
Construction Process
Identify leak location→ Clean leaky subgrade → Drill → Clean → Install nozzle → High-pressure grout material injection → Observe → Patch leaks → Remove grouting nozzle → Slot hole repair → Inspect → Acceptance
2. Construction Key Points
（1) Target and clean the leakage points, ensuring the渗漏 areas are thoroughly cleaned.
（2) Pre-bury the grouting pipes with a quick-sealant, the spacing should be determined according to actual conditions, generally about 1 meter.
（3) Inject the chemical polymer material leakage stopper through the grouting tube into the concrete gap using a high-pressure grouting pump until it can no longer be pushed in (injection rate ≤ 0.011/min). Then, close the valve and cut off (remove) the grouting nozzle.
（4) Clean the equipment and tools promptly with solvent after casting.
（5) Maintain ventilation at the construction site, be vigilant about fire safety, and strictly prohibit any open flames.
3. High-pressure grouting leakage sealing method
（1) This method utilizes the tremendous pressure generated by a high-pressure injection machine to deliver materials into the middle of the wall gaps, causing them to expand radially from the center. After a rapid reaction and hardening with water, the gaps are filled, achieving the effect of reinforcing the foundation and preventing leaks and seepage.
（2) The high-pressure grouting machine used in this technique has high grouting pressure and large flow rate, capable of quickly stopping water, indeed an effective water-blocking method.
（3) This method starts the pouring point from the center of the structure, and is particularly fast and effective for sealing leaks in concrete walls thicker than 10 centimeters.
