Adding a thermal pump further enhances energy saving and reduces consumption, with benefits such as low steam consumption and low cooling water circulation.
2. Material accelerates and pressurizes downward along the inner wall of the tube, suitable for evaporating and concentrating thicker liquid.
3. Due to the film-like evaporation of materials within each tube, the heating time for the liquid is exceptionally short, making it particularly advantageous for food evaporation and concentration, significantly preserving the nutritional components of the food.
4. The evaporation process, under vacuum, ensures both the hygiene requirements of the material and environmental protection standards, while significantly reducing the evaporation temperature. With the addition of a thermal pump, part of the secondary steam is re-circulated through the pump and mixed with the primary steam, saving primary steam. Moreover, as the steam passes through the thermal pump and enters the heating chamber in a jet mist form, it rapidly diffuses, heating the liquid gently. Therefore, it is suitable for concentrating heat-sensitive materials.
5. The equipment is suitable for the evaporation concentration of foaming materials. As the material-liquid forms a film-like evaporation inside the heating tubes, it achieves vapor-liquid separation. At the bottom of the vessel, most of the material-liquid is removed, leaving only a small portion of the material-liquid and all the secondary steam to enter the separator for intensified separation. Throughout the process, there is minimal impact on the material-liquid, thus preventing the formation of foam.
