The hull is composed of two floats, fully assembled and tested prior to delivery. It can be easily and quickly installed on-site and is ready for operation with a standard design. Delivery is timely, adhering to coastal water standards.
The cutter suction dredger is a widely used piece of equipment in reclamation projects and sand mining operations. It utilizes a rotating cutterhead mounted at the front of the suction tube to cut and stir riverbed sediment, then propels the dredged material through a pipeline to a sediment storage site using powerful pump power. Its dredging, transporting, and unloading processes can be completed continuously in one operation. It is an efficient and cost-effective sediment mining device, making it an excellent underwater excavation machine.
The mud pump is driven by the main diesel engine through a gear reduction box.
Emergency pump station units provide lighting and emergency power for the ship during shutdowns.
