1. Basic Description
The hull is composed of two floats, fully assembled and tested prior to delivery. It can be easily and quickly installed on-site and operates with a standard design. Delivery is timely and adheres to coastal water standards.
The cutter suction dredger is a widely used piece of equipment in reclamation projects and sand mining operations. It employs a rotating cutter head at the front of the suction tube to cut and stir riverbed sediment, propelling the dredged material through a pipeline to the sediment stockpile site with powerful pump force. Its dredging, transporting, and unloading processes can be completed in a single continuous operation. It is an efficient and cost-effective sediment mining device, making it an excellent underwater excavation machine.
The mud pump is driven by the main diesel engine through a gear reduction box.
Emergency pump station units provide electrical power for ship lighting and emergencies during shutdown.
The auger is driven by a hydraulic motor, and the auger bearing is equipped with a lubrication and sealing device.
The transverse winch and the hoisting winch on this vessel are both driven by hydraulic motors.
Piling guides and trolleys are driven by hydraulic cylinders.
Anchor and windlass winches are powered by hydraulic motors.
The hydraulic pump is driven by an auxiliary machine.
