1. Basic Description
The hull is composed of two buoyant bodies, fully assembled and tested prior to delivery. It can be easily and quickly installed on-site and operates according to standard design. Delivery is timely, adhering to coastal water standards.
A cutter suction dredger is a widely-used equipment in beach reclamation and sand mining projects. It employs a rotating cutter head at the front of the suction tube to cut and stir riverbed sediment, then relies on powerful pump power to transport the extracted sediment material through a pipeline to the sediment accumulation site. Its processes of dredging, transporting, and unloading sediment can be completed continuously in one go. It is an efficient and cost-effective sediment dredging device, making it an excellent underwater excavation machine.
The mud pump is driven by the main diesel engine through a gear reducer.
Emergency pump station units provide lighting and emergency electrical power for the vessel during shutdown.
The auger is driven by a hydraulic motor, and the auger bearing is equipped with a lubrication and sealing device.
The ship is equipped with a hydraulic motor-driven winch and a lifting winch for the winch frame, both capable of lateral movement.
Piling locators and trolleys are driven by hydraulic cylinders.
Anchor and windlass winches are powered by hydraulic motors.
The hydraulic pump is driven by the auxiliary machine.
