1. Basic Description
The hull is composed of two floats, fully assembled and tested prior to delivery. It can be easily and quickly installed on-site and operates with standard design. Delivery is timely, adhering to coastal water standards.
The cutter suction dredger is a widely used piece of equipment in beach reclamation and sand mining projects. It employs a rotating cutterhead assembly at the front of the suction tube to cut and stir riverbed sediment, then uses strong pump power to transport the dredged sand and silt through pipelines to the stockpile. Its processes of dredging, transporting, and unloading the sediment can be completed continuously in one go. It is an efficient and cost-effective sediment excavation device, making it an excellent underwater mining machine.
The mud pump is driven by the main diesel engine through a gear reduction box.
Emergency pump station units provide lighting and emergency power supply for the vessel during shutdowns.
The auger is driven by a hydraulic motor, and the auger bearing is equipped with a lubrication and sealing device.
The ship is equipped with a hydraulic motor-driven traverse winch and a lifting winch for the绞刀架.
Piling pins and trolleys are driven by hydraulic cylinders.
Anchor and winch are driven by hydraulic motors.
Hydraulic pumps are driven by auxiliary machinery.
