











1. Basic Description
The hull is composed of two floats and is fully assembled and tested prior to delivery. It can be easily and quickly installed on-site and is ready to operate with a standard design. Delivery is timely, adhering to coastal water standard designs.
The cutter suction dredger is a widely used piece of equipment in beach reclamation and sand mining projects. It employs a rotating cutter head at the front of the suction tube to cut and stir riverbed sediment, then uses powerful pump force to transport the dredged material through conveyance pipelines to the sediment storage area. Its dredging, transporting, and unloading processes can be completed continuously in one go. It is an efficient and cost-effective sediment dredging device, making it an excellent underwater excavation machine.
The mud pump is driven by the main diesel engine through a gear reduction box.
Emergency pump station units provide lighting and emergency power for the vessel during shutdown.
The cutter is driven by a hydraulic motor, equipped with a lubrication seal for the cutter bearing.
The winch for lateral movement and the lifting winch on this vessel are both powered by hydraulic motors.
