


1. Basic Description
The hull is composed of two floats, fully assembled and tested prior to delivery. It can be easily and quickly installed on-site and is ready for operation with a standard design. Delivery is timely, adhering to coastal water standards.
The cutter suction dredger is a widely used piece of equipment in beach reclamation and sand mining projects. It employs a rotating cutter head at the front of the suction tube to cut and stir riverbed sediment, then uses powerful pump force to transport the dredged material through conveyance pipelines to the sediment storage area. Its dredging, transporting, and unloading processes can be completed continuously in one go. It is an efficient and cost-effective sediment dredging device, making it an excellent underwater excavation machine.
The mud pump is driven by the main diesel engine through a gear reduction box.
Emergency pump station units provide onboard lighting and emergency electrical power during shutdowns.
The cutter is driven by a hydraulic motor, equipped with a lubrication seal for the cutter bearings.
The ship is equipped with a hydraulic motor-driven winch for transverse movement and a lifting winch for the绞刀架.
