1. Basic Description
The hull is composed of two floats and is fully assembled and tested prior to delivery. It can be easily and quickly installed on-site and operates with standard designs. Delivery is timely, adhering to coastal water standard designs.
The cutter suction dredger is a widely used piece of equipment in reclamation and sediment removal projects, as well as sand mining operations. It employs a rotating cutter head at the front of the suction pipe to cut and stir riverbed sediment, and then uses powerful pump force to transport the dredged material through conveyance pipelines to the sediment pile. Its dredging, transporting, and unloading processes can be completed in a single continuous operation. It is an efficient and cost-effective sediment挖掘 equipment, making it an excellent underwater excavation machine.
The mud pump is driven by the main diesel engine through a gear reduction box.
Emergency pump station units provide electrical power for lighting and emergency uses on board during downtime.
The cutter is driven by a hydraulic motor, equipped with a lubrication and sealing device for the cutter bearing.
The transverse winch and the lifting winch on this vessel are both powered by hydraulic motors.
Piling and trolley are driven by hydraulic cylinders.
Anchor and capstan are driven by hydraulic motors.
The hydraulic pump is driven by the auxiliary machine.
