· The design of the equipment should provide all reasonable precautions to protect the safety of personnel involved in operation and maintenance, and should comply with relevant safety regulations and standards.

· Bearings: Select SKF or NTN bearings, properly configure the bearings to extend the pump's lifespan.
·Motor: Motor features F-grade insulation, with a high operating temperature of 155°C, and a protection rating of IP68.
· Mechanical Seals: Utilize two independent mechanical seals in series to separate the motor from the pump, providing dual protection for the motor.

· Pump Housing: Engineered with CAD/CAM technology for high efficiency and minimal wear.

·The shaft extension design is kept as short as possible to minimize shaft deflection, reduce vibration, extend the service life of mechanical seals and bearings, and lower operating noise.
· Monitoring System: The stator is equipped with three series thermal control switches. They are in a "closed" state at normal temperature and open when the stator temperature reaches 125℃.
· The oil chamber is equipped with a leak detection probe for leak detection. When there is a leakage in the mechanical seal on the pump side, the oil-water ratio in the oil chamber
At a certain concentration, the oil-water probe emits an alarm signal (the indicator light illuminates) and automatically cuts off the power, stopping the pump from operating.
·Buoy Switch: In case of mechanical seal leakage on the motor side, liquid entering the buoy switch chamber, and the infiltrated liquid reaching a certain height, the buoy switch will emit an alarm signal (the indicator light will turn on) and stop the pump, prompting maintenance personnel to inspect and replace the mechanical seal on the motor side.
