V. Acceptance Method:

1. Conduct on-site acceptance of the equipment.

2. Completeness of kits (documents, spare parts) and product appearance inspection.

3. Supplier to provide personnel for equipment installation and debugging.

4. Demonstration of equipment's various functions

5. Ensure the machine accommodates the buyer's processing technology.

6. The supplier shall mark the workpiece selected by the buyer and inspect whether the marking meets the requirements.

7. Test relevant technical specifications.

8. The supplier will provide a 2-day technical training session for the buyer's operators and maintenance staff.

9. Upon completion of equipment debugging and confirmation of no malfunctions, the representatives of both parties will sign the acceptance report.

Training:

1. Supplier sends personnel for on-site training at the buyer's location (to be implemented after equipment installation and debugging).

2. Training Personnel: Operators, electrical and mechanical maintenance staff; number to be determined by the buyer.

3. Training Content: Installation, adjustment, and principle of the marking machine, its composition, and basic computer knowledge. Training includes computer programming, electrical control principles, and daily maintenance of equipment, along with hands-on practice. Training on troubleshooting common equipment malfunctions, further familiarization with the equipment, Q&A sessions, and then an assessment of the trainees.

2. The warranty period is 12 months, starting from the date of result signature. Free repairs are provided during the warranty period; outside of it, repair fees will be charged at the discretion.
