Bio-based Nylon PA510
Bio-based Nylon PA510
PA510 is a recyclable, environmentally friendly biobased nylon with a 100% bio-based content, making it a high-performance long-chain nylon variety.
Features:
1. 100% bio-based, low-carbon, eco-friendly materials.
2. High resilience, low water absorption, with excellent low-temperature performance and dimensional stability.
3. Excellent oil and chemical resistance, as well as electrical properties.
4. Reinforced with glass fiber and ceramic fiber, it boasts good strength and surface properties, capable of replacing metals and ceramics in applications such as electronics, appliances, and automotive products.
5. PA510 has fewer carbon atoms compared to PA1010, PA1012, and PA11 materials. Generally, the fewer the carbon atoms in nylon, the better the hydrophilicity, which helps improve the skin-friendly nature of nylon.
Usage:
Primarily used for toothbrush bristles, monofilaments, cable jacketing, mechanical manufacturing, oil storage containers, and textile machinery components. Also employed in the electronics industry for battery cases, instrument guides, phone frames, watch bodies, and VR lightweight structural components, with new applications increasingly emerging.
PA510 Glass Fiber Reinforced Material
High strength and modulus, wear-resistant, heat-resistant, low water absorption rate, excellent molding and processing properties, and good dimensional stability. Suitable for product components that require low water absorption rate, high dimensional stability, high elastic modulus, and wear resistance, such as the frame bottom cover of smartwatches, drone wings, water valves, gun stocks, magazines, engineering conveyor chains, and more.
