Hot melt marking is a widely used road marking technique in our country. It boasts short construction time, high wear resistance, and low cost.

Hot Melt Line Marking Construction Process:

1. Reflective thermoplastic road marking tape, featuring glass bead undercoat and petroleum resin thermoplastic paint.

2. Place the paint in the hot melt machine and heat it, controlling the temperature of the melted paint between 180°C and 220°C. Thoroughly mix for about 10 minutes before applying.

3. Mark the locations and measure, then apply the undercoat paint according to the designated positions and patterns indicated in the design diagrams.

4. Apply the undercoat first, then proceed with the hot melt paint. Sprinkle reflective glass beads while painting the lines to enhance night visibility, with a line thickness of 1. to 2mm.
