Our company's D641W pneumatic ventilation butterfly valves are widely used in ventilation and dust removal systems, serving as flow control and shutoff devices for dust-containing gases, gas pipelines, ventilation purification equipment, and flue gas pipelines. These valves are constructed from wear-resistant materials, offering excellent wear resistance, stable and reliable operation, ease of operation, sensitive action, low leakage rate, long service life, and convenient installation and maintenance. The 641W pneumatic ventilation butterfly valves are particularly suitable for low-pressure differential, large-diameter, and high-flow applications. They can be combined with various actuators to create valves with different performance characteristics. When paired with an electric valve positioner, the valves can be controlled by inputting a 4-20mADC signal and a 0.4-0.7MPa air source, allowing for the adjustment of parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level. Alternatively, with a stroke limit switch, solenoid valve, pressure reducer, and a 0.4-0.7MPa air source, they can be used for on/off operations and send out two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the valve's state. The pneumatic ventilation butterfly valves are mainly used for ventilation regulation of medium flow in industrial, metallurgical, and environmental protection pipelines. Their main features are as follows:
