1. This ensures that after the installation of a high molecular weight liner, the material can flow uniformly throughout the storage, thus minimizing or eliminating areas of material accumulation and rendering the use of an oscillator unnecessary.
2. Prior to installation, high molecular wear-resistant plates should have an installation process tailored to the actual conditions of the material storage bin, and the process should be strictly followed during installation.
3. Before installation, inspect the material storage condition of the board. Flatten any areas that are raised or sunken as much as possible. Pre-treat the cement storage body that has been used to prevent the lining from not fitting tightly or falling off.
4. During the installation of high molecular weight wear-resistant plates, it is recommended to minimize joints perpendicular to the direction of material flow to reduce the flow resistance of the material and achieve better logistics efficiency.
