
Our SK-type water ring vacuum pumps are designed for suction or pressure delivery of air and other non-corrosive, water-insoluble gases without solid particles, to create vacuum and pressure in sealed containers, meeting process requirements. The suction or pressure delivery of gases may contain a small amount of liquid. The SK water ring vacuum pumps are widely used in mechanical, petrochemical, food, sugar production, and electronic industries. Due to the isothermal compression process during operation, they are less prone to danger when compressing or suctioning explosive gases, thus their application is even more extensive. The working vacuum range is -0.03 to -0.08 MPa.
The 2SK series water ring vacuum pump is equivalent to two SK series water ring vacuum pumps in series operation. Since the SK series water ring vacuum pump can only reach an ultimate vacuum of -700mmHg, to achieve higher vacuum levels and higher gas evacuation rates at high vacuums, the 2SK series vacuum pumps were developed domestically in the 1980s. The 2SK type water ring vacuum pump is widely used in food, textile, chemical, metallurgical industries, and the electronic field for vacuum evaporation, vacuum concentration, vacuum humidification, vacuum impregnation, vacuum drying, and vacuum smelting, etc. Ultimate pressure is 3300 Pa.
1. The SK-type water ring vacuum pump is compact in structure and easy to maintain. Widely applicable, it can evacuate various gases containing water vapor, flammable, explosive, a small amount of dust, and a small amount of liquid. The SK-type water ring vacuum pump primarily uses water as the working medium, featuring low maintenance costs. It can operate in relatively harsh environments.
2. The 2SK model, compared to the SK series single-stage water ring vacuum pump, features higher vacuum levels and greater evacuation rates in high vacuum areas. Under the same evacuation rate, the shaft power is significantly higher than that of the 2BV and 2BE series water ring vacuum pumps. Due to its dual impeller structure, it is more complex in manufacturing and maintenance, with a higher number of wearing parts.
