
The "WLW-D" type reciprocating vertical oil-free vacuum pump is a mature product jointly developed by our company and scientific research institutions, having undergone multiple improvements. This model features a rational structure, appropriate materials, excellent dynamic balance performance, low vibration and noise, good sealing properties, and a long service life for wearing parts. It has also been awarded three national patents, including design, utility model, and structure patents, with patent numbers: ZL 2008 2 0060649.2, ZL 2008 2 0060648.8, and ZL 2008 3 0069589.6.
Each technical improvement is approached based on the long-term use feedback from customers regarding vacuum stability, maintenance ease, noise and vibration, suction speed stability, component temperature variations, and the corrosion and aging resistance of seals. It also considers factors such as operating conditions, selected materials, and the occurrence rates of failures in various parts, implementing gradual and progressive improvements.
Recently, the company has once again upgraded and redesigned the pump's functionality.
1. Enhanced pump viewport and sight glass to prevent oil leakage and aging by using cast iron door panels, tempered glass, and composite O-rings.
2. The intake and exhaust valve positions of the oil-free pump have been changed from an internal flat design to an external vertical design, significantly reducing the maintenance frequency of the pump. This makes it easier to discharge accumulated fluid and material in the pump chamber, stabilizes the vacuum level and suction speed, and reduces the wear on the gas valves and valve blades.

3. Modified the upper stuffing box of the piston rod and cylinder neck, as well as the lower stuffing box of the body, the structure and material of the stuffing, significantly increasing the service life and greatly reducing the leakage rate of the medium.
4. The shaft, connecting rod, cross joint, and bearing oil supply system of the body transmission section have been technically improved, reducing friction coefficient, lowering noise, delaying wear on various components, and extending service life.
