
Our SK-type water ring vacuum pumps are designed for suction or pressure delivery of air and other non-corrosive, water-insoluble gases without solid particles, to create vacuum and pressure in sealed containers as required by the process. The suction or pressure delivery of gases allows for a small amount of liquid to be present. The SK water ring vacuum pumps are widely used in the mechanical, petrochemical, food, sugar, and electronics industries. Due to the isothermal compression process during operation, they are safe for compressing and suctioning explosive gases, making their application even more extensive. The working vacuum range is -0.03 to -0.08 MPa.
The 2SK series water ring vacuum pump is equivalent to two SK series water ring vacuum pumps in series. Since the SK series water ring vacuum pump can only reach an ultimate vacuum of -700mmHg, to achieve higher vacuum levels and a greater gas evacuation rate at high vacuum, the 2SK series vacuum pumps were developed domestically in the 1980s. The 2SK type water ring vacuum pump is widely used in the food, textile, chemical, metallurgical industries, and electronics field for vacuum evaporation, vacuum concentration, vacuum moisture regain, vacuum impregnation, vacuum drying, and vacuum metallurgy, etc. Ultimate pressure: 3300 Pa.
1. The SK-type water ring vacuum pump features a compact structure and easy maintenance. Widely applicable, it can evacuate various gases containing water vapor, flammable, explosive substances, a small amount of dust, and a small amount of liquid. The SK-type water ring vacuum pump primarily uses water as the working medium, offering low maintenance costs. It can operate in relatively harsh environments.
2. The 2SK model, compared to the SK series single-stage water ring vacuum pump, features higher vacuum levels and greater pumping speed in the high vacuum region. At the same pumping rate, the shaft power is significantly higher than that of the 2BV and 2BE series water ring vacuum pumps. Due to its double impeller structure, manufacturing and maintenance are more complex, and there are more wear parts.
