Image Comparison Feature: When vehicles enter or exit the parking lot, the MP4NET digital video recorder automatically activates the camera function and stores the photo files on the computer. Upon exit, the computer automatically compares the new photo with the one taken of the vehicle entering last, allowing surveillance personnel to monitor the vehicle's safety in real-time.
Common Card Management: The fixed driver uses the common card, setting an expiration date (down to seconds), allowing free entry and exit within the confirmed time limit; otherwise, entry is not permitted. The common card information includes card number, vehicle number, valid time, etc. The common card is charged on a monthly basis. Upon expiration, the software and Chinese electronic display will prompt that the card has expired, please proceed with renewal and payment procedures.
Temporary Vehicle Charging Function: When a temporary vehicle enters, it collects a temporary card from the ticketing machine. Upon exit, the driver must pay the prescribed fee and get confirmation from security before leaving. As the temporary vehicle enters the parking lot, the ground loop sensors automatically detect the vehicle's arrival, and the Chinese electronic display on the automatic ticketing machine reads "Welcome, please take your card." Following the ticketing machine's instructions, the driver presses the "Automatic Entrance Ticketing Machine" button, and the machine automatically ejects a感应IC card, while the card reader has already read the temporary card. The barrier gate opens, the MP4NET digital video recorder activates the photo-taking function, and the controller records the vehicle's entry time. When the temporary vehicle leaves the parking lot, the driver simply wave the感应IC card (temporary card) near the exit ticket box sensor area. The parking lot control automatically detects it as a temporary card, and the barrier gate does not open automatically. The Chinese electronic display at the exit ticket box reads "Please pay ** yuan." The driver returns the card to the security guard, pays the fee, and the security guard gives the driver the special parking tickets for various cities. After payment, the security guard confirms the charge on the charging computer, the barrier gate opens, the MP4NET digital video recorder activates the photo-taking function, the photos are saved to the computer hard drive, and the controller records the exit time. Temporary vehicles will be charged based on the number of times and duration of parking, with the payment conditions set by the user in the computer's management software.
