Glass Steel Pipe, also known as Reinforced Plastic Mat (RPM) Pipe, primarily uses glass fiber and its products as reinforcing materials, with unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy resin, and other high polymer components as the basic materials. Quartz sand and calcium carbonate, among other inorganic non-metallic granular materials, serve as fillers. The standard effective length of the pipe is either 6 meters or 12 meters, and it is produced using three methods: fixed-length winding, centrifugal casting, and continuous winding. The pipes are categorized based on the production method, pressure class PN, and stiffness class SN.
