Water-based epoxy floor paint is a two-component waterborne epoxy resin coating, reacting and curing type. It is an environmentally friendly green material. Used as a penetrating primer on the surfaces of concrete, steel, wood, and stone.

Application:

User's Guide:

Basic Requirement: The concrete strength at the basic level must reachC25The surface must be flat and dense, free from loose particles, oil stains, and other debris. There is no condensation on the base surface, and there is no standing water. The moisture content requirement for the base is not stringent, and there are no requirements for air humidity.

Usage Requirements:A、BAfter the material is mixed evenly, water can be added as required.A、BMixed materials must be60Sold out within minutes.

Coating Method: Apply using a short wool roller or with an airless spray gun.

Curing Interval: Continue coating after the coating is fully dry to the touch. Lower temperatures will extend the application time. High moisture content in the base material will not diminish the surface gloss of the topcoat.

Material Consumption: Approximately 1 gallon of paint is required for roll-coating.0.2kg/sq. m., coating is unaffected by humidity and minimally affected by temperature.
