Full Steel Anti-Static Floor
Model Specification: HDG 600×600×35mm
【Floor Composition】
Steel Static-Dissipative Flooring is made from cold-rolled steel alloy sheets, formed by point welding after stretching. The surface is phosphatized and then electrostatically spray-painted. The inner cavity is filled with foamed cement, the top surface is covered with high-wear-resistant static-dissipative HPL or PVC panels, and conductive edge strips are embedded around the perimeter. **Flooring is generally categorized by load-bearing capacity into ultra-light, light, standard, and heavy types. **HPL denotes three-oxide polyamide anti-static fire-resistant board, while PVC refers to conductive tiles [System Assembly]**
The system assembly consists of flooring, trusses, and supports. The trusses and adjustable-height supports are securely connected to form a stable lower support system with screws, and the flooring is inserted into the grid formed by the trusses.
【Product Advantages】
