Installation of plum blossom pipes:
When using honeycomb pipe laying, no foundation is required for the trench bottom, nor is it necessary to encase it. After the pipe is laid, backfilling can be done and traffic can resume.
2. Lay at least two honeycomb pipes at the bottom of the trench. When placing the pipes, secure them with two 3.0mm wires at each joint and at the midpoint of the pipe length. Ensure the pipes are neatly aligned before backfilling the trench. Prevent sand and stones from entering the pipes during construction.
3. When laying optical cables across highways, after arranging the pipes neatly at the bottom of the trench dug to the designed depth, backfill with about 20 cm of fine soil or sand first, then proceed with the general backfilling. Be cautious to prevent large, hard objects from being placed directly on top of the pipes.
4. In the engineering process, pipes are connected using joints. First, apply PVC glue at the joint location, then connect the joints to ensure a tight fit. When connecting pipes of different sizes, follow the factory markings at the joint to prevent misalignment.
5. After each construction section is completed, unused pipes can be sealed with caps to prevent sand and stone impurities from entering. During construction, cut pipes can be reused for other sections of the project, and connected to the required length as needed.
