Product Details
Clayton pipe is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) spiral-wound structural wall pipe. 1. Introduction to HDPE Spiral-Wound Structural Wall Pipe: HDPE spiral-wound structural wall pipe is made primarily from high-density polyethylene resin, utilizing the heat-shrink spiral-winding process. It features a support structure of polypropylene (PP) single-wall corrugated pipes, resulting in a special structural wall pipe material with high resistance to external pressure. The products are available in three series: PR, OP, and SQ, with VW primarily used for fittings like tees, elbows, and secondary formed pipes. The PR series, with its smooth inner surface and non-standard reinforced structure, comes in standard lengths of 6 meters and inner diameters ranging from DN300 to DN4000. All product specifications meet the GB/T 19472.2-2004 B-type structural wall pipe standard and the PREN-13476 European standard requirements.
