DeMin Straw Pelletizer, Sawdust Processing Biomass Fuel Pellet Machine, Peanut Shell Granulation Production Line

Biomass pellet mill technical specifications:

Biomass fuel pellets
Biomass fuel is a modern clean energy source made from solid waste materials such as corn stalks, wheat straw, rice straw, peanut shells, corn cobs, cotton stalks, soybean stalks, weeds, branches, leaves, sawdust, and bark from crops. It is processed into small, rod-shaped solid fuel pellets through processes like crushing, pressing, densifying, and shaping. This compacted, carbonized fuel can be used as a new type of biomass power generation fuel and can also be directly applied to traditional coal-fired boiler equipment in urban areas, serving as an alternative to coal for home heating.
Applications of Biomass Pellets:
Can replace wood, coal, liquefied gas, etc., and is widely used in household stoves, heating stoves, hot water boilers, industrial boilers, biomass power plants, and more. In urban areas, heating and heating supply, as well as in hotels, restaurants, and bathhouses, the use of coal-fired boilers does not meet environmental protection requirements. Only oil-fired boilers can be used, and the cost of oil is three times higher than that of "straw fuel," creating a heavy economic burden on the industry.
