Industrial Floor Acceptance Standards:
Surface Performance 1: After construction, the material should reach a dry state within 2-3 days at an environmental temperature of 25°C, i.e., the hardness should be about 80% of the fully cured state.
2. No stickiness on the surface.
3. Bubbles: No bubbles in flat and mortar types, self-leveling allows 1 bubble per 10 square meters.
4. Good leveling properties, free of trowel marks, and the large-area joints are basically smooth.
5. No floated color speckling, with uniform and consistent color; minor color variation is permissible at large area seams, but it must be extremely faint.
6. No coarse impurities, but it is permissible for airborne dust to settle and create minor defects; 7. The ground surface should be smooth and even, with the luster meeting design requirements (high gloss ≥90, semi-gloss ≥70, matte 50~70), with flat coating being semi-gloss and water-based being semi-matte to matte; 8. The orange peel and anti-slip surface effects of mortar should be very evident.
