




Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) Installation Requirements
1. The exterior wall, door, and window construction is complete and has passed the acceptance, with the base surface meeting the requirements of Chapter 5, Section 3 "Concrete Engineering" and Chapter 6, Section 1 "Brickwork Engineering" in the "Standard for Quality Inspection and Appraisal of Construction Quality" (GBT301-88) for multi-story large formwork or for plain walls, respectively.
2. The normal construction temperature for the external wall thermal insulation system is between 5°C and 35°C.
3. Construction sites must ensure road, water, and electricity accessibility.
4. Construction tools and scaffolding should meet the construction requirements (ensuring safety and reliability).
5. Construction site mobile power distribution boxes, potable water pipes should be configured according to the construction requirements.
6. Vertical and horizontal transportation facilities for electrical distribution materials must comply with relevant safety regulations.
7. High-voltage power lines within the construction operation area must maintain a distance in accordance with relevant regulations and be equipped with appropriate protective measures.
8. Remove all obstructions from the wall surfaces to be insulated.
When applying thermal insulation boards, the wind speed should not exceed 5 levels.
10. To ensure construction quality, the construction area should be avoided from prolonged direct sunlight. Note: Construction is not advisable during rain.
