The system scenario should be based on a five-star hotel's Western cuisine department, modeling and simulating Western restaurants, banquet halls, and other hotel dining services. The practical training content should cover basic skills such as tray service, flower arranging, table setting, seating arrangement, table decoration, wine service, plating, and dish serving, in addition to menu design for Western cuisine banquets. Special emphasis should be placed on practical training for setting up Western cuisine tables.
System simulation scenarios include: Western restaurant environment, tableware setup, beverage service training equipment and 3D environment simulation; Western banquet hall, and 3D simulation of Western banquet service environment.
