Gas pipes can be made of seamless steel pipes, metal hoses, spiral steel pipes, aluminum-plastic composite pipes, gas pipes, etc. Gas pipes are typically made of PVC, offering good sealing and pressure resistance, but these products need to be replaced every 1 to 2 years. Natural gas metal hoses usually refer to bellows, which are known for their corrosion resistance, high-pressure resistance, good impact resistance, and low leakage.
Distance when gas pipeline passes through other pipelines
When gas pipes intersect with other pipes, the vertical spacing must not be less than 0.5 meters. If less than 0.5 meters, a sturdy insulating board should be installed between the two pipes. Pipe sections extending more than 10 meters on both sides of the intersection must use the same insulation grade.
Gas pipeline distance from electric and communication cables
When gas pipes intersect with telecommunication cables, the vertical clear distance should be at least 0.5 meters. Pipe sections extending more than 10 meters on both sides of the intersection should be insulated with the appropriate insulation grade.
