Non-inspection pallets are corrosion-resistant linings for chemical equipment and storage tanks, as well as corrosion-resistant pipes, valves, bushes, and roller frames for chemicals. They serve as alternatives to copper and stainless steel, and are used for the insulation of high-frequency underwater cables or general cables.

Inspection-free pallets offer good transparency, high mechanical strength, certain heat resistance, cold resistance, climate resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent insulation, stable product dimensions, and ease of forming.

The non-inspection pallets possess certain mechanical strength, excellent chemical stability and electrical properties, good light transmission, and favorable coloring. They are also easy to shape. Their characteristic is that they are almost completely waterproof, but they have low heat resistance and are brittle. Moreover, the products made from them are prone to cracking due to internal stress and can only be used under low loads and temperatures not exceeding 60-75°C.
