
The Xiangtian tempering furnace equipment is used for producing tempered glass through either physical or chemical methods, including both physical tempering equipment and chemical tempering equipment. The tempering furnace equipment unit mainly consists of four major parts: the segment placement section, the convection heating section, the flat tempering section, and the segment retrieval section, as well as high-pressure centrifugal fans, air supply pipelines, air collection boxes, air pathways, electrical control cabinets, and operator stations.
The glass tempering furnace equipment, through a process of heating flat glass and then rapid cooling, forms compressive stress on the glass surface and tensile stress within the glass, thereby enhancing the glass strength and transforming normal annealed glass into tempered glass. As this tempering method does not alter the chemical composition of the glass, it is termed a physical method glass tempering device. Depending on the heating method characteristics of the equipment, it can be categorized into forced convection heating tempering equipment and radiant heating tempering equipment. If divided by structural and functional characteristics, it includes modular tempering equipment, flat tempering equipment, bent glass tempering equipment, continuous tempering equipment, bidirectional tempering furnace equipment, and so on.
