This machine is primarily designed for crimping large square terminals such as SC terminals, OT terminals, and other sealed terminals. With industrial-grade control chips and high-precision servo drives, the machine ensures stable operation. The PLC control system allows for instant changes in the crimping range for different terminals with a touch screen interface. The crimping of 10-240 square closed-end tube-shaped terminals does not require changing the crimping mold, and the blade size can be instantly adjusted. It is suitable for non-standardized terminals or crimping-type terminals, with no need for mold changes, offering quick, stable, and efficient crimping. The crimping head can be fully opened, making it suitable for intermediate connections or crimping large square terminals. It allows for actual wire square number positioning adjustments, features a compact structure, saves space, and produces minimal noise.
