Smart Multi-Rod Sampling Machine
The intelligent multi-bar sampler is a sealed structure upon completion of installation. The advantages of this sampling method include more random sampling locations and an entire sampling process that is not subject to human control. Due to its multi-bar design, it can automatically and randomly sample from different ranges based on various vehicle types. After sampling, the grain samples are automatically transported to the laboratory, showcasing a high level of automation. The operation is also much simpler than that of the previous fixed-sampling machines. The sampling technology is mature, and the entire process can be observed through indoor video surveillance, offering both peace of mind and convenience. The entire sampling process appears orderly, a stark contrast to the chaotic scenes of the past.
Composed of four parts: canopy, mechanical movement, grain suction fan, and electrical control.
Canopy section - Composed of H-steel structure, color steel plates, etc., designed for wind and rain protection, equipment and machinery safeguarding, ease of maintenance, and parking for sampling.
The grain suction section consists of several components including filters, a shaker, an air compressor, and a reverse-air control box, which are used for vacuum grain suction, filtration, and reverse-air functions.
Electrical control section – Consisting of control cabinets, operator stations, monitors, etc., it is used for operation, control, and monitoring to achieve automatic sampling and automatic transportation to the laboratory.
