The continuous loss-in-weight scale is mainly composed of a fluidizing hopper, a buffer hopper, a weighing hopper, and a mixing device, with gate valves used to control the discharge of materials between the hoppers.
2. The first point of contact for the material is the aid flow bin, which is equipped with an automatic blowing device. This device creates a vortex within the aid flow bin, preventing material from caking and collapsing.
3. As materials descend from the storage bin into the auxiliary flow bin, the gate valve below the auxiliary flow bin automatically closes. Once the material in the auxiliary flow bin reaches the set weight, the storage bin stops discharging, and the gate valve then automatically opens. The flow meter, where the materials enter the buffer bin, ensures that the intermediate gate valve between the buffer bin and the weighing bin closes automatically. Two inlet pneumatic gate valves are used as the upper and lower connecting components in the buffer bin to ensure material sealing. Flow meter inquiries; materials will not automatically flow into the weighing bin, affecting measurement accuracy.
8) The make-up time setting should be appropriate, with the guiding principle being to ensure all materials have fallen onto the scale body, and the manufacturer of flow meters, with the shorter the setting time, the better. As previously mentioned, during the make-up time, the weight loss scale is in static control, thus the shorter the time, the better. This time can also be determined by observation; during the debugging period, you can initially set this time longer, and observe how long it takes for the total weight on the scale body to stabilize (not increase) after each make-up. That time is then the suitable make-up time.
