A reel-type sprinkler is an irrigation machine that wraps a PE pipe around a winch, using the pressure of the sprinkler water to rotate a water vortex, which in turn drives the winch to rotate through a speed-changing device, pulling the sprinkler carriage for automatic movement and spraying. It boasts the advantages of easy movement, simple operation, labor and time-saving, high irrigation accuracy, good water-saving effect, and strong adaptability, reaching an internationally advanced level.
The main engine wheelbase is adjustable; the average rated water spray capacity per machine can exceed 30 tons per hour.
The maximum water spray capacity is up to 50 tons per hour.
Inlet connection pressure: 0.2-1.0 Mpa; uniform recovery speed, adjustable speed range: 0-120 m/h.
Average service life of the whole machine is 15 years; the evenness coefficient and strength of atomization meet the requirements of National Standard GB85-85.
High-performance PE pipes have a lifespan of over 15 years in temperatures ranging from 40°C above to 35°C below zero.
Wall thickness over 6.8mm, tested to withstand a bursting pressure over 2.0 Mpa.
Tensile strength over 16.5 Mpa, elongation at break over 400%, wear less than 20mg.
