The housing and impeller of the stainless steel fan are made by injection molding of polypropylene, featuring high airflow volume and low noise, suitable for ventilation in schools, factories, and laboratories.
The fan is not suitable for exhausting corrosive gases such as halogen derivatives and ketones containing aromatic compounds, aliphatic, and aromatic hydrocarbons. The motor bracket is made of stainless steel or steel plate, and all screws are made of stainless steel. The impeller features a backward curved design, offering high airflow with low noise, yet it does not overload.
Stainless steel fan is made entirely of PP material, with a rear-mounted impeller, featuring high pressure. Both the inlet and outlet are circular, making installation easy. It boasts high strength, low weight, corrosion resistance, low noise, and the ability to transport corrosive gases. The environmental gas temperature should be less than or equal to 60°C, and the relative hard particle content should be less than or equal to 150mg/m³.
