Rockwool boards are a type of thermal insulation material primarily used in boardways, made from basalt as the main raw material. After high-temperature melting, they are spun into artificial inorganic fibers by high-speed centrifugal equipment. Binders and dust-proof oils are then added, followed by heating and curing to produce various specifications and requirements of Rockwool thermal insulation boards. Additionally, Rockwool can be compounded with glass wool and silica aluminum wool to create Rockwool composite thermal insulation board shells. Rockwool boards are made from gabbro and basalt slag, melted at high temperatures and sprayed with adhesives and waterproof agents during the high-speed centrifugal process to produce resin-based Rockwool thermal insulation boards and waterproof Rockwool thermal insulation boards.
