Roller heating is widely used in practical applications, such as aluminum-plastic machines, composite machines, and papermaking equipment. However, traditional roller heating methods have the following drawbacks: 1. Using a burner or electric heating rod to heat thermal oil, which is then circulated into the roller by a pump for heating. 2. Heating the roller with steam or hot water. 3. Particularly, when using thermal oil to heat the roller, it not only has a low thermal efficiency and slow heat transfer but also often experiences phenomena like leakage, dripping, and running, which greatly increase the workload and difficulty for maintenance personnel.
Roller electromagnetic heating equipment features include: 1. Custom-made heating coils and complete sets of equipment according to different sizes and shapes of roller. 2. Eliminates difficulties caused by running, leaking, dripping, and other phenomena from the principle. 3. After installation, it is simple, space-saving, and does not affect the original machine's performance and material quality. 4. Utilizes induction heating principle, directly heating the roller, significantly improving thermal efficiency. 5. In actual tests, it saves about half of the energy compared to thermal oil. 6. Can withstand high temperatures up to 300°C with control accuracy of about 2°C.
