Electromagnetic Heater Brief Introduction:
Electromagnetic heating boilers utilize the principle of electromagnetic induction heating. They convert alternating current to direct current, which is then inverted into high-frequency alternating current. This current acts on the inductive coil, generating an alternating magnetic field. This field induces countless tiny eddy currents within the boiler body, which collide to heat the body. This process heats the water inside to the desired temperature. There is an insulation material with a thickness greater than 20mm between the water and the coil, yet the thermal efficiency can reach 97%. They are environmentally friendly and safe, with short preheating times and rapid temperature increases. The electromagnetic heating boiler system includes: a variable-frequency electromagnetic heating controller, an intelligent operation control system, electromagnetic coils, the heating boiler body, and protective circuits.
