Bucket Elevator Introduction:
The metallurgical bucket is equipped with a bottom-discharging gate for unloading, which comes in two methods: one is fixed-discharging curved track unloading, and the other is straight track unloading. The choice of unloading method is determined based on the on-site conditions. The interior of the bucket is fitted with backing plates, usually high-strength manganese plates or wear-resistant backing plates (such as NM360, NM500, etc.).
The coal bucket features an open/close method with a bottom fan-shaped gate and employs a curved track for automatic unloading, offering advantages such as short unloading time, safety and reliability, and easy maintenance.
For old mines, this bucket does not alter the bucket's external dimensions. Through optimized design, it increases the bucket box volume, thereby enhancing the coal lifting capacity of the bucket under the allowable conditions of the lifting system.
