Foam Selection: Fire-retardant, standard density, high resilience high density, adhesive-backed, or processed and compounded as per customer requirements

Material: Wave-shaped sound-absorbing sponge (egg cotton) is a type of sponge that is specially processed to form a wavy, concave-convex surface. Its internal structure, filled with tiny voids and semi-open holes, can absorb a large amount of incident sound wave energy, thereby attenuating sound waves, reducing the interference and echo of reflected sound indoors, and enhancing the purity of sound; it is a high-performance product for sound-absorbing and noise-reduction materials.
Principle: Possessing a large number of interconnected pores and air bubbles, when sound waves impinge upon them, they can cause the air within the pores to vibrate. Due to the viscous resistance of air and the friction with the pore walls, a significant portion of the sound energy is converted into heat and dissipated. Additionally, during adiabatic compression of the air, continuous heat exchange occurs between the air and the pore walls, and due to the heat conduction effect, some of the sound energy is also converted into heat.

Usage: This foam is non-toxic, odorless, and environmentally friendly, making it an ideal material for indoor soundproofing/absorption and audio reflection. It is widely used in recording studios, audio-visual rooms, listening rooms, drum rooms, KTVs, acoustic testing rooms, speech rooms, broadcasting studios, sound testing rooms, and acoustic laboratories, as well as in meeting halls, studios, cinemas, and for noise reduction in machine rooms, generator sets, and speakers.
Installation: First, clean the wall with a brush or feather duster, then directly apply the adhesive and stick it to the wall or other surfaces. We can also apply the adhesive to the flat surface of the product, making it more time-saving and convenient for the customer to use.
